For agencies

White-label marketing science for your clients.

Clients want to understand their real ROI and where the next euro should go. Kuwalyst makes that question part of an ongoing planning process, rather than a bespoke data-science project, across portfolios from one brand to a hundred.

The portfolio cockpit for an agency, then the weekly report and the plan deck it exports, carrying the agency's own logo.
What agencies get

What this changes for your planning team.

Build client-ready media plans faster

Prepare a first plan within an hour using the client's data or audited benchmarks, with dashboards and presentations generated under your brand.

Show clients the evidence behind each recommendation

Figures are identified as measured, projected or benchmarked, while recommendations explain their hypothesis, confidence level and expected impact.

Update plans when performance changes, without rebuilding them

Goals are monitored weekly and recommendations are updated as new evidence becomes available, allowing budgets to change without restarting the planning cycle.

The problem

Marketing science is still artisanal.

Client questions often become standalone projects that require specialist support which cannot be assigned to every account. By the time an answer is ready, the next plan may already be in market.

Specialist consultancies may sell directly to your clients, while an in-house stack rarely reaches every team in a network. Even the largest groups often use external MMM tools to fill the gap.

How the platform solves it

A single portfolio view, with every brand kept up to date.

Benchmark-led or data-backed

For new clients without data, plans can be based on the brief and the audited benchmark registry. Where a data warehouse is available, allocations can be informed by marginal incremental ROAS from the client's own model.

Plans your planners can defend

Each scenario presents its assumptions, projected return and uncertainty range in clear language, so planners can explain the recommendation with confidence.

Your logo on the reports

Dashboards and client presentations are generated for you, under your brand. Working sessions with our marketing scientists scale with the number of plans you run.

Reports

Daily and weekly reports you can share with your clients.

The planner writes a short report from the computed figures: what changed, why, and what deserves attention. Each figure keeps its measured, projected or benchmarked tag, and the exports carry your agency's identity, not ours.

A daily snapshot in the planner: the competitive-pressure warning that opened, what drove it and what it means for the plan.

The daily report

A morning digest of the day before: the incidents that opened, what drove them, what it means for the plan and what to watch next. Written for a planner, short enough to forward to a client.

The first page of a weekly report exported as a PDF, with an agency's logo in the header, a TL;DR and the KPI scorecard.

The weekly report, exported with your logo

A TL;DR, the KPI scorecard against target, pacing and projection, what changed and why, and the recommended actions. Exported as a PDF or a deck under your own name.

A first engagement

A practical way to start with one client.

  1. 01

    Connect what exists

Connect the data sources the client already uses, whether that is Shopify, Google Analytics 4, ad platforms, BigQuery or a warehouse export.

  2. 02

    Ground the rest in benchmarks

Where data is limited, the audited registry can provide a starting point. Figures remain clearly identified, and the first plan prioritises what to test.

  3. 03

    Run the loop

Monitor progress against goals, work through recommendations and review experiments. The same approach can then be applied to the next client.

Built for scale

From a single team to a network rollout.

Dozens of brands, one portfolio

For each brand, see the evidence available, such as a calibrated MMM, a platform synchronisation or an active A/B test. Plans requiring attention are easy to identify.

Hosted in the EU (France) by Scaleway, with Scaleway Generative APIs as standard. Privately hosted models, on-premise or VPC deployments are available on request.

Contracts adapted to the number of plans

One licence for the whole workspace, priced by the number of active media plans, data integrations and the support you need. From a team pilot to a hundred plans.

Questions agencies often ask.

Do you compete with us for clients?

No. Agencies are among the planner's primary users, and we do not sell directly to their clients. With the white-label option, plans carry your name and reports display your logo.

Our planners are not statisticians.

They do not need to be. Figures and recommendations present their sources in clear language, and the planner makes uncertainty visible when it cannot support a number with sufficient evidence.

We already have a data partner, or an in-house stack.

Keep them. Models built by your team or partner can run in the planner, which works alongside your existing stack as a decision layer above the warehouse.
